Raffles - Rules Update 2009

1. In order to conduct any raffle, an organisation must apply to be ‘declared by the VCGR (Victorian Commission for Gambling Regulation) to be a community or charitable organisation’

2. You MUST have that VCGR declaration, above. No other permit is required when the retail value of the prizes is less than $5,000 but the raffle must be conducted in accordance with requirements.
