Committee 2011-2012

Budget - As soon as possible after the AGM, the Committee sets a budget for the forthcoming year, referring to the previous year’s financial statement, including the following areas for allocation of monies:

 
How we thank the Committee members

For a number of years the Committee members were given free membership as a 'thankyou' gesture for their time and commitment to the Guild.
With the change of membership dues to March, this was altered to free door entry.
This is INSTEAD OF ( NOT as well as!) a thank you gift/flowers for departing committee members.

This should be mentioned at the AGM, then departing committee members are simply thanked by the President and the Vice President thanks the retiring President.
